Situation<\/em>: Whereas in 2016 traditional loyalty systems are often still on premise and limited to rewarding repeat customers, the CityGro SaaS solution offers business owners insight into those customers who do not or less frequently return. With the tool one-time customers receive incentives to return, infrequent visitors are stimulated to visit more often, and loyal customers are motivated to bring their friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenge<\/em>: Assess go-to-market potential and applicable strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approach<\/em>: Market potential has been assessed in the Netherlands and Sweden and customer base built was transferred upon project completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
